Every Friday I post a motivational quote relating to health and/or fitness to my Facebook page, I do this just as much for myself as I do it for the people who follow me on Facebook. I too need a little motivation/inspiration sometimes, and I always really enjoy finding quotes that resonate with me about the things I’m most passionate about. So for this week’s blog I thought I’d compile some of my favorite quotes so we can all get motivated together.
